Het merendeel van mijn werk voor klanten is vertrouwelijk. Hieronder een overzicht van de wetenschappelijke publicaties, vaak met klanten, deels in samenwerking met de twee leerstoelgroepen van de Wageningen Universiteit: (i) Laboratorium voor Levensmiddelenmicrobiologie en (ii) Aquatische Ecologie.
Een deel van het onderzoek naar hitte-inactivatiekinetiek van bacteriën wordt gefinancierd door de HAS Hogeschool in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, waar ik doceer
(statistiek en levensmiddelenmicrobiologie).
